My Journey
I am a digital marketing manager with 12 years of experience managing multi-million dollar ad budgets across B2B and B2C industries.
With a background in Product Design and Development, I’m leveraging my expertise in competitive research, data analysis, and user behavior to transition into UX/UI design.
My goal is to combine my market research skills with UX principles to create data-driven, user-centered experiences.

Customer Focused
I focus on delivering a positive customer experience throughout the sales process. By using various tracking tools, I determine the leaks in the funnel and work with project managers and creative teams to redesign for the customer. Based on my direction, I helped increase lead volume while decreasing cost per acquisition.
Business Analysis
Every new client receives a thorough audit to identify opportunities for growth. By using competitive research tools such as SEM Rush for SEO opportunities to using Tableau for data visualization, I help define the roadmap for month over month growth. Between collaborating with designers for new creative assets to looking over Salesforce data for win/loss analysis, I rely on data to guide strategies.
